Hello, I'm Savannah Hennig

BRAINY | HONEST | STEADFAST

Savannah spent her elementary school years living in Georgia before moving to Salado at the age of 12. She vividly remembers being asked by her friends if residing in Texas now meant she rode a horse to school. Savannah graduated as Salutatorian from Salado High School in 2005, graduated Summa Cum Laude from Abilene Christian University in December of 2008, and then promptly moved back to Central Texas to marry the man she loved (and still loves).

The decision to make their home in Salado came easy for Savannah and her husband, Garrison. They cannot imagine a better place to raise their family. A third-generation Bartlett, Savannah knew selling real estate with her family was in her blood, and she happily joined the team at CENTURY 21 Bill Bartlett in 2014. Joining CENTURY 21 Bill Bartlett was one of the best decisions of her life, and Savannah has often stated that the most rewarding aspect of her job is the many clients she now has the privilege of calling friends. Savannah has worked hard to create her reputation for excellence in the real estate industry and to be an integral part and contributor to her community.

How did I start as a

Real Estate Broker

008

A distinguished graduate from Abilene Christian University with a degree in Accounting, Savannah was a recipient of the Lemoine G Lewis/Alpha Kai Award (this means she graduated with a 4.0 GPA, #smartypants) and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. After working for five years in Corporate America, in 2014, Savannah shifted careers to pursue her calling- selling Real Estate and selling it with her family.

Savannah almost immediately found she had a knack for advising in Real Estate transactions and connecting with the community she grew up in. Building meaningful relationships with those around her, she quickly found her stride as the third generation at CENTURY 21 Bill Bartlett. Savannah has consistently claimed CENTURY 21’s Quality Service Award and the Ruby and Emerald production awards.

Savannah has experience working with builders and new construction sales, first-time home buyers, seasoned buyers and sellers, and everything in between. She is a graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program (2016) and has her Military Relocation Professional designation.

Community

Volunteering in her community is something Savannah is passionate about, and throughout the years, she has served often. Savannah is a current trustee for the Salado ISD School Board and previously served six years as Treasurer for the Salado Education Foundation. She has served on the Long Range Facilities Planning Committee and currently volunteers as a Homeroom Mom. Savannah previously served on the Social Committee for the Temple Belton Board of Realtors and is a member of First Baptist Church Salado, serving in various capacities as the need arises.

Family & Recreation

Savannah and her husband, Garrison, were childhood sweethearts and have two wonderful children, Garrison II (G2) and Mayleigh. Savannah enjoys fueling her creative side with her chalkboard art hobby. Still, when she’s not out and about selling houses, you can often find Savannah walking Main St. with her family, eating at one of the local restaurants, or giving back to her community.

Here at BRA we take great pride in our award winning Architecture program. We have educated students that become masters of this art form and have delivered some of the greatest architects in the world. Some of the most awarded buildings out there are made by BRA graduates.

The program builds upon the old masters of architecture and gives the students visual and mathematical skills to conquer the world. For most students, this course will be a huge challenge, for the right students, it will be their dream come true.
